Terms and Rental Agreement

Before we can place any container in a desired location there is a rental agreement that is required to be followed. Please review the following terms: 

Driveway Waiver

Let Us Dump It is not liable for any damages of any nature that may occur to the surface that it is being placed on. If you do request that we move the dumpster past the curb line, you fully acknowledge that Let Us Dump It is not responsible to pay for any damaged property. Anytime a dumpster is rented, the customer is fully responsible for any damages to the dumpster while the unit is in their custody. 

Unacceptable Materials

Hazard material that can not be put the units include but are not limited to the following: 

Paints

Sludges 

Solvents

Any type of liquids

Electronics

Fluroescent light bulbs

Dead animals

Tires

Yard Waste

Appliances

Septic Waste

Asbestos containing material

Tires

If any unacceptable materials are found you will be fined based on quantity, origin, and level of contamination. We can haul tires, electronics, and appliances away for a separate trip fee.
